BURIAL CEREMONY

On the 12 March, 2022 a burial ceremony was held at Queen Victoria Women's Centre. Participants and general public were invited to attend to witness a performance by Katie. The ceremony included a Welcome to Country and Smoking Ceremony by Mandy Nicholson and Djrri Djrri Dancers and the performance of a new choral piece by Rachel Lewidon sung by Alanna Baschera, Asha Khamis, Willow Sizer, Amelia Wawrzon.
